Mitsubishi Electric SE Qld Diamond Dealer of the Year

Daikin Super Dealer
, specialising in the installation and replacement of Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin air conditioning systems.
Our services also include planned preventative maintenance, breakdown diagnosis and repairs across these and many other leading brands.

About the Role
As our
Operations / Office Manager
, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for driving the day-to-day performance of the business and ensuring our Service and Projects teams operate efficiently, profitably and to a consistently high standard.
You'll be a
hands‐on leader
who isn't afraid to get involved, solve problems and hold people accountable. You'll identify opportunities, improve processes,



support your team and make sure our customers receive the level of service Tri‐Tech is known for.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and develop team members to achieve their potential
Identify bottlenecks and implement smarter, more efficient processes
Drive continuous improvement across service delivery and project operations
Ensure WHS, industry and regulatory requirements are met
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and business performance
Recruitment and onboarding of new staff, including preparation and implementation of employment contracts.
Coordination and management of apprentices, including their ongoing development and support
Management of staff licences, inductions and compliance requirements
Coordination and facilitation of regular team toolbox talks
Management of company vehicles, including servicing and maintenance schedules, registrations, insurance, vehicle compliance and ensuring vehicles are safe, roadworthy and fit for purpose
Coordination and management of marketing activities across radio, website, Google Ads and social media channels.
Regular reporting to and liaison with the Director on operational matters and business performance
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a
natural leader and go-getter
who brings energy, accountability and initiative to everything they do.
You will ideally have:




Proven experience in an Operations, Service, Project or General Management role
A fast‐paced multitasker who can prioritise and stay organised under pressure
Experience in HVAC, construction, electrical or another trades-based environment is highly desirable, but not essential
Strong leadership and people‐management skills
A proven ability to motivate teams and drive performance
Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
Strong organisational and problem‐solving abilities
A strong business mindset with a focus on efficiency, productivity and profitability
The ability to manage competing priorities and perform under pressure
A strong understanding of WHS requirements and industry regulations
Experience with
simPRO
is advantageous, but not essential
Most importantly,
