The Contracts Administrator will be supporting a fast-paced residential property development team. Responsible for managing the sales contract process from reservation through to settlement while ensuring Salesforce remains accurate, organised and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and administering Contracts of Sale and related documentation.
Managing purchaser information and contract records within Salesforce.
Coordinating with solicitors, conveyancers, financiers, sales agents and internal stakeholders.
Tracking contract progress, conditions, variations and settlement milestones.
Maintaining accurate reporting and ensuring data integrity across Salesforce.
Assisting with process improvements and workflow automation where possible.




Providing exceptional administrative support in a high-volume project sales environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator within the Australian property development or project marketing industry.
Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce CRM is preferred
Solid understanding of Contracts of Sale, off-the-plan developments and settlement processes.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Outstanding written and verbal English communication.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
A proactive attitude with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
