We are looking for an experienced Aftermarket Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for all SAP transactions associated with shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of DELKOR and TAKRAF aftermarket spare parts within the warehouse; dispatching, packaging, sorting of goods and materials; and managing all inventory related functions including inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and data integrity with the completion of all transactions or manual paperwork as required. The secondary purpose of facilities coordination involves direct communication with the Facilities owner and 3rd party Vendors to maintain compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
Your Responsibilities
Follow the Overview sheet for DELKOR Aftermarket procurement activities and receive spare parts from suppliers, including incoming quality inspections.
Safely move, handle, package, receive, and dispatch products using warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Verify received quantities, product numbers, and documentation using manual key-in or handheld scanners, resolving discrepancies as required.
Enter and maintain accurate spare parts and inventory information in SAP and warehouse databases.
Ensure inventory is correctly identified, labelled, and stored in designated locations in preparation for stocktakes and efficient warehouse operations.
Perform periodic cycle counts and stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory records and data integrity.
Assist procurement activities by preparing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, purchasing standards, documentation, procedures, quotes,
and inventory stocktake requirements using SAP and SharePoint.
Support DELKOR/TAKRAF Capital Sales projects through receipt and dispatch activities and create RFPs for Facilities maintenance requirements.
Your Profile
Minimum 2 years' experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, preferably with engineered spare parts.
Strong technical understanding of engineered spare parts, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Current forklift licence and demonstrated ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
Experience with inventory control systems and procedures, with SAP experience essential.
Strong computer skills, including accurate data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Excellent time management, organisational, numeracy, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including a professional telephone manner and effective negotiation with internal and external customers.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following instructions, procedures, and established requirements.
