Key Responsibilities
Leadandcoordinatethefront-of-houseteamthroughoutservice
Allocatestafftostationsaccordingtooperationalrequirements
Takeresponsibilityforsmoothshiftoperations,includingopening,closingandhandovers
Monitorserviceflowandrespondquicklytooperationalissues
Deliverprofessionalcustomerservicethroughouteachshift
Handlecustomerenquiriesandresolvecomplaintsappropriately
ManagePOSoperations,ordersandcashhandling
Coordinatewiththekitchenteamtomaintainefficientservice
MonitorFOHpresentation,cleanlinessandfoodsafetystandards
Maintainconsistentserviceandworkplacestandards
Supporttheonboardingandtrainingofteammembers
Providehands-onassistanceduringpeakserviceperiods
Leadbyexampleandmaintainaprofessionalteamenvironment
Requirements & Eligibility
Demonstratedexperienceinahospitalitysupervisoryorleadershipposition
ExperienceinQSRorhigh-volumehospitalityenvironmentsishighlyregarded
Provenabilitytoleadandcoordinateahospitalityteam
Strongverbalcommunicationandinterpersonalskills
Demonstratedcustomerservicecapability
