ACCIONA is seeking a Senior Health and Safety Manager in Australia to lead the safety strategy for The Wave Stage 1 rail project, reporting to the Project Director and guiding multiple direct and indirect reports. You will set the safety vision and embed a positive safety culture across a multi-partner delivery team.
You will develop safety programs, lead investigations, drive risk assessments and audits, coach safety professionals, and ensure governance to meet executive leadership expectations.
