Crown Melbourne is seeking a Training Lead to join the Hospitality Training team. Reporting to the Training Manager – Hospitality, you'll design and deliver strategic training across Hotel and Food & Beverage, including onboarding and service excellence.
You'll collaborate with senior leaders to identify skill gaps, tailor learning solutions, coach teams to elevate guest experience, and ensure compliance training across responsible service of alcohol, food safety and workplace safety.
