Job Description
T2 Tea in Melbourne, VIC, AU is seeking a Head of Visual Merchandising to lead VM across stores, concessions and partner spaces. You will set the strategy, uphold standards and drive a clear T2 story while delivering robust commercial results.

You will build and coach a small team, collaborate with store design and project teams, and leverage AI/automation to focus time on craft rather than admin. Hybrid work from our Collingwood base is offered.
