Scape Australia Brisbane is seeking a practical Facilities Manager to lead maintenance across our Brisbane portfolio. You'll manage programs, supervise a team of technicians, coordinate contractors, and ensure safety, compliance and exceptional resident experiences.

You'll balance budgets, asset records, and lifecycle planning, while driving WHS compliance and continuous improvement. A trade qualification in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Building or related discipline is preferred, with 3+ years
