ARC is seeking a Residential Area Manager with exceptional leadership capabilities to lead and manage our McGraths Hill, Wetherill Park, Smeaton Grange and Bathurst sites as well as a Key Account Manager.
This role involves multi-site leadership, ensuring safe and efficient operations whilst managing a large and growing portfolio of customers in the residential segment. You will be a proven sales leader who can optimise processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness and successfully drive sales performance. You will have the opportunity to make your mark executing and delivering on exciting business growth plans and capital investment.
What you will be doing:
Senior leadership of Distribution and Sales staff, promoting a high-performing culture
Lead and execute strategies to achieve operational excellence
Champion a strong safety culture
Oversee the sales channel to achieve customer growth
Coaching and developing team members
Collaborate with other Area, Operations and Regional Leaders to identify areas for process improvement

Proven experience in senior leadership, tertiary qualifications preferred, not essential
Industry experience within reinforcing, building products, construction or industrial manufacturing
Implementation of a high-performance culture across multiple branches
