OVERVIEW The Product Development and Delivery Lead at Australian Catholic University supports the Faculty of Education and Arts in expanding its portfolio of innovative education products across domestic and international markets. Working within School Operations, the role collaborates with academic and professional stakeholders to co-design high-quality educational offerings that translate research and expertise into practical, market-responsive solutions. The position oversees products throughout the full lifecycle, from concept and market assessment to implementation, delivery and continuous enhancement.
Key responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of innovative education products for the Faculty of Education and Arts.
Support growth across domestic and international markets.
Collaborate with the Deputy Dean Global, National Manager (Floreo Hub), Associate Dean Innovation and Partnerships, and Research Translation Lead.
Bring together academics, subject matter experts, qualified staff and partners to co-design educational offerings.
Translate research, expertise and emerging opportunities into practical educational solutions.
Manage products through the full lifecycle, including concept development, market assessment, implementation, delivery and ongoing enhancement.
Develop executive education, professional learning, micro credentials, short courses, transnational education initiatives and partnership-based offerings.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and shape product concepts.
Develop delivery models that create value for learners and partners.
Contribute to licensing, partnership and revenue-sharing approaches.
Support the sustainable growth and dissemination of intellectual property,



educational expertise and research-informed practice.
Foster meaningful engagement with partners.
Build a sustainable pipeline of distinctive, evidence-informed learning products.
Support research translation and strengthen the Faculty's reputation and reach locally, nationally and internationally.
