Curiosity Tree Early Education is looking for enthusiastic and capable Assistant Centre Managers to support the day-to-day leadership of our centres. About the Role
Working closely with the Centre Manager, you'll help lead a vibrant team, support centre operations, and contribute to continuous quality improvement. You'll be a key role model — bringing positivity, organisation, and strong communication to keep things running smoothly.

What You Bring
Diploma or ECT qualification (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Experience as a 2IC, Room Leader,



Educational Leader, or similar role (leadership experience preferred)
Good understanding of the National Quality Framework and Regulations
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
A team-first mindset and a passion for building a positive culture
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid/CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to update)
Supporting the Centre Manager with daily operations, compliance, and centre leadership
Mentoring and supporting educators to deliver high-quality practice aligned with the EYLF and NQF
Building warm, professional relationships with families and contributing to enrolment growth
Assisting with rostering, staffing support, and smooth daily routines
Contributing to the QIP, programming support, and assessment & rating readiness
Supporting a protected, welcoming environment that prioritises child wellbeing
Stepping into the Centre Manager role when required (leave/absence coverage)

Applicants must supply two professional references, one of whom must have held a recent supervisory or leadership role within an early childhood or education service.
