What success looks like in this role: We are seeking a Sr Tech Field Engineer to join our team and provide expert onsite technical support to large and complex client environments across Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on skilled who thrives in customer-facing roles and enjoys working with a wide range of technologies.What You'll DoAs a Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' systems and infrastructure operate at peak performance.
Your responsibilities will include:Installing, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software solutions at client sitesPerforming server and storage break-fix support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenanceManaging onsite service activities from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution of technical issuesConducting installations, upgrades, and system maintenance in customer environmentsUtilizing advanced diagnostic tools and technical expertise to resolve complex technical challengesProviding technical guidance and support to fellow engineers and team membersIdentifying recurring issues and recommending process and service improvementsMaintaining accurate documentation, reporting, and service recordsBuilding strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery and communicationYou will be successful in this role if you have:✔ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Field Engineering, Desktop Support, Infrastructure Support, or a related technical role✔ Experience with hardware maintenance, installations, troubleshooting,
