About the Role
We're looking for someone to proactively chase the wholesale/site based sales opportunities but will also take ownership of the larger projects as they come in. The entire state is already profitable, with a strong pipeline, existing clients and revenue for this FY ready for the right person to take it on and own it, and grow it - you'll earn commission from the get go.
Responsibilities
Proactively chase wholesale/site based sales opportunities.
Take ownership of larger projects as they come in.
Identify opportunities on site and recommend solutions.
Pull work through established wholesaler networks.
Qualifications
Experience selling into mine sites, electrical contractors and/or wholesalers.
Electrical trade background highly advantageous.
Required Skills
Genuine new business hunter.
Enjoys being client-facing and on the road.
Happy to travel to regional WA mining territories (every 5-6 weeks).
Commercially driven and motivated by commission.
Can build pipeline and create opportunities proactively.
Ideally understands industrial/electrical lighting, although broader electrical sales backgrounds will also be considered.
Preferred Skills
Experience in mine site electrical maintenance.
Commercially minded electrician who has moved into sales and understands the mining/electrical environment.
Pay range and compensation package
Base salary $130,000 + super + car allowance (20k) /tools of trade.
Genuinely lucrative uncapped commission structure OTE upwards of 200k.
Monthly commission payments.
Existing WA pipeline already in place.
Flexibility on WA location.
High-autonomy role with solid internal support.
