What You Will Do
As the
Operations Administrator
, you will provide general administrative support across the manufacturing function to facilitate the efficient progression and completion of works and projects. The role is responsible for the accurate processing, reconciliation and coordination of purchasing and accounts-related documentation to support timely and compliant operations.
More specifically, you will:
Coordinate and maintain manufacturing email inboxes.
Process and match supplier invoices, delivery dockets and purchase orders




Process and match Subcontractor invoices with the relevant purchase order documentation for the Manufacturing- Supervisor to approve once verification of works has been completed.
Review and resolve discrepancies between products, quantities or pricing between what was ordered, delivered and invoiced.
Assist the Purchasing team and stores Administrator in monitoring outstanding purchase orders and proactively following up delayed items.
Support month-end processes, including stocktakes, reconciliations, work in progress reporting and accruals.
Ensure all paperwork received is in line with ATCO'S accounting requirements.
Liaise with suppliers regarding outstanding materials, proof of delivery requests and missing invoices.
Assist with new vendor setup and maintenance of vendor information.
Ensure correct coding, pricing and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
Provide administrative support to the Manufacturing Supervisor - Administration and broader Manufacturing team.
What You Will Bring
Experience in an operational administration role, ideally within a manufacturing, construction, building or related industry.
Excellent computer literacy skills and proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail with the ability to process and reconcile documentation accurately.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems will be highly regarded.
