Brisbane, Australia.Key Responsibilities:Drive business growth by identifying and developing new customer and project opportunitiesLiaise within the
Branch and global network, ensuring a consistent business approachBuild and maintain robust customer relationships and account development plansCollaborate with internal teams and the global network to maximize business opportunitiesConduct customer meetings, presentations, and business development activitiesMaintain an effective project and
customer management plan that includes a formalized review structure and
business plan for each client on an ongoing basis to ensure maximization of all
business offeringsPrepare and manage quotations, RFQs, customer reports, and sales analysesMaintain accurate customer records, CRM updates, and business databasesMonitor and report on performance against targets, KPIs, and budgetsEnsure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, health & safety, and environmental standards Skills, knowledge, and expertise:At least seven years' experience in
international freight forwarding, managing sales and customer development, and
at least 5 years experience in a senior sales/business development role with a




proven track record of achieving sales targetsProven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growthStrong customer relationship management and account development skillsSound commercial acumen with experience in quotations, RFQs, and contract negotiationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong networking, rapport-building, and stakeholder management abilitiesSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and proficiency in CRM systems and business reportingCustomer-focused, results-driven, and proactive approach to business development What makes us the ideal choice?
