About the roleThe Senior Consultant manages multiple workstreams and provides oversight to the day-to-day activities of consultants and analysts.
You'll solve business problems within customer engagements, interact with clients to understand their business needs, and work with project teams to develop solutions leveraging WWT's capabilities.The ideal candidate can understand detailed technological, business, and analytical concepts,
and communicate those concepts to clients in a way that is easy to comprehend.What you'll doDevelop analytical and technological solutions to achieve defined business objectivesConsult with business users to ensure solutions meet business needs and are practical to implementHelp maintain project plans and schedulesCreate project documentation, including technical documents such as process flows and user manualsCreate clear, compelling charts, tables, and other visualsPresent results and recommendations to clients and partnersCreate educational and sales materials to empower WWT account teamsWhat you'll bringA Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Economics, Statistics, Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in a related field (5+ years preferred)3-5 years' experience, including internships, in one or more of: management consulting, engineering, scientific research, technology sales, cybersecurity, data science, or application development (preferred)Excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of managementStrength in multitasking across requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting and support for multiple user groups in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environmentThe ability to generate creative solutions to difficult or ambiguous problemsThoughtful problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in groupsThe ability to ask the right questions to understand the business problem and identify the measurement or business objectiveProficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelYou're a supportive, positive, self-driven and growth-oriented individual with a passion for delivering quality insights in a business workplace.This position manages peopleTravel: up to 25% of the time, domestic and internationalWork is accomplished with limited direction - you'll determine and develop your approach to solutionsThe well-being of WWT employees is essential.
