What You'll Be Doing
Support young people with daily routines, activities and life skills
Build positive relationships based on trust and respect
Create safe, structured and therapeutic environments
Respond calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
Work collaboratively with the wider care team
Help young people build confidence and independence
What You'll Bring
Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child & Family, Community Services or similar, or willingness to enrol
Current QLD driver's licence and required probity clearances
Empathy, resilience and a calm, solutions-focused approach
Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and sleepovers
A genuine interest in supporting children and young people
