Based at 61 Bayshore Drive, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, developing a high-performing team and growing the retail operation.Working closely with the Licensee, you'll oversee retail performance, beverage offerings, team engagement, supplier relationships, marketing activity and operational standards.What you'll doLead and motivate the retail team to deliver exceptional customer serviceDrive sales, profitability, labour performance and expense controlManage beverage listings, COGS, stock-related initiatives and supplier relationshipsReview financial performance and identify opportunities to improve resultsDevelop and implement operational procedures and service standardsBuild strong relationships with guests, team members, suppliers and the local communitySupport the delivery of promotions, events and retail marketing initiativesMonitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for growthRecruit, train, coach and develop team members and leadersConduct team meetings, performance reviews and people-planning activitiesChampion North Byron Hotel's service standards, values and F&B; non-negotiablesEnsure compliance with workplace health and safety,
