Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping and commercial cleaning activities
Train, support, and mentor housekeeping staff
Conduct regular inspections to ensure high cleaning standards
Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory
Address guest or client enquiries professionally
Implement and maintain effective cleaning procedures
Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Ensure health, safety, and cleaning standards are consistently followed




WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Positive verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
Commitment to maintaining high cleaning and service standards
Valid Blue Card required
Own transport required
