NEXTDC in Darwin seeks a Customer Service Agent to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors within our facilities. You will ensure a positive experience, manage inquiries, and coordinate deliveries as a facility concierge.
This role supports internal teams nationwide and involves site inductions, stock audits and documentation. Ideal candidates have at least two years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment.
