We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chef to join our team on a full time basis at the Yongah Hill Immigration Detention Centre in Northam, Western Australia.
Position Details
Full-time role: 38 hours per week, across a 7-day roster between 5am and 7.30pm
Must be available to work on weekends (Rotational Roster)
Work Location - Onsite
Annual Salary - $80,000 - $85,000
What you'll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
Assemble, prepare, and produce food requirements as directed by the Catering Manager. This includes food safety, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, managing stock control, and adhering to all kitchen policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with the HACCP Food Safety Plan, monitoring food safety standards and practices, maintaining hygiene in food preparation areas, and completing all Food Safety Documentation accurately and timely.Let's correct the line: it ended with
