Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia's leading residential construction and property development companies, is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate for our high-performing Domaine Homes team in South West Sydney (Campbelltown, Oran Park, Cobbitty) NSW.
As a Sales Associate, youll be the first point of contact for prospective home buyers, guiding them through the display centre experience and providing exceptional customer service. Youll work alongside a dynamic team, supporting the sales process and helping clients find their dream home.
What youll do:
Greet customers and provide a welcoming, informative experience at the display home
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping
Assist with marketing initiatives and promotion of Domaine Homes' residential products
Maintain the presentation and professionalism of the display centre and sales office
Register leads, distribute marketing materials, and build strong relationships with prospective home buyers
About you
To be successful, you will be:
A natural communicator with a personable, friendly approach
Available to work 5 days a week, including weekends
An excellent communication skills and a positive, can do attitude
Highly energetic, self motivated, and eager to learn




A highly organised person with attention to detail
Able to work collaboratively in a high performing team and independently
A goal oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
