Viva Leisure - one of Australia's leading health and fitnessoperators - is seeking enthusiastic Member Services team members tojoin our Club Pilates Brisbane studio in Carina on a casual basis.Our studios, formerly operating as Rebalance, are now proudly partof the global Club Pilates network, with Viva Leisure as the masterfranchise partner in Australia. This brings together the strengthand stability of a major Australian fitness group with theworld-class programming and brand recognition of one of the largestPilates brands globally.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional, personalised servicewhile supporting studio growth through strong member relationshipsand membership sales. Your day-to-day responsibilities will includeassisting members with general enquiries, conducting studio toursfor prospective members, driving membership sales, and maintaininga clean, welcoming, and professionally presented studioenvironment. This is a casual position offering a flexible workingschedule.

SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS;
We are looking for someone with:
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness toobtain)
Knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry
Experience in sales and customer service, ideally withinthe fitness or retail sectors
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
Providing a professional and welcoming experience for allmembers, visitors, and new joiners, including conducting studiotours and inductions




Support membership growth by responding to enquiries,following up on leads, and following Viva's sales process tomaximise conversions
Engage with members, assist with general queries
Handle administrative duties including phone calls, membersfeedback, system updates, and shift handovers, escalatingissues when necessary
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented studioenvironment by performing regular cleaning, equipment checks,restocking supplies, reporting hazards and faults, andsupporting operational and administrative tasks
