Job Description
Registered Nurse – Orthopaedics and Trauma
Part-time ongoing position | 64 hours per fortnight

About the role

In this role you will join 7 South West (7SW), a 30-bed inpatient ward specialising in the care of orthopaedic and trauma patients. The ward offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing a diverse mix of elective orthopaedic procedures alongside acute trauma admissions from the Emergency Department (ED) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Key Accountabilities
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care
Comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
Enhance patient outcomes through effective interdisciplinary collaboration and clinical expertise
Commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in care
About You
At least2 years of acute nursing experience
Experience ina surgicalspecialty such as trauma,orthopaedicsor plastics
Be flexible to work a 7-day rotating roster
