International Collaboration
We operate as an integrated Australian and Philippines team. Our offshore team is an important part of the business, working alongside our Australian staff to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients as one collaborative team.
You'll work closely with our offshore team, assist in developing graduate and offshore staff, and may have opportunities to travel to the Philippines periodically (approximately every 1-2 years)



to strengthen relationships and collaboration across the group.
The Role
As a Senior Accountant, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of SME clients while providing technical guidance, review support and mentorship to graduate and offshore team members.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and reviewing financial statements, income tax returns and BAS
Managing a portfolio of business, investment and family group clients
Assisting with tax planning, business structuring and advisory engagements
Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and compliance work prepared by graduate and offshore team members
Providing technical guidance and feedback to junior and offshore accountants
Working directly with clients to solve taxation and business challenges
Collaborating with Partners and Managers on complex taxation and advisory matters
Assisting with workflow management across our Australian and Philippines teams
Contributing to process improvement and practice efficiency initiatives
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with 4+ years of Australian public practice experience who:
Has strong business services and taxation experience
Can independently manage a portfolio of SME clients
Has demonstrated experience reviewing financial statements, tax returns and compliance work prepared by other accountants
Communicates confidently and professionally with clients
Has strong technical and problem-solving skills
Takes ownership, shows initiative and approaches challenges with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
Enjoys supporting and developing junior team members
Is interested in further developing their tax planning and advisory skills
Is CA/CPA qualified or actively working towards qualification
Is looking for genuine career progression and long-term development
