About The Role
Ideal for an ambitious advisory professional ready to step up and deliver real impact across a range of clients. You'll work alongside senior leadership on major change programmes and operating model improvements. It's a hands on role focused on problem solving, stakeholder engagement and delivering key project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver multiple workstreams across transformation and change programmes
- Work closely with client stakeholders to solve operational problems and improve ways of working
- Help run workshops, strategy sessions and key project meetings
- Produce analysis, presentations and high quality deliverables
- Manage project logistics including risks, dependencies and actions
- Build lasting client relationships through consistent, reliable delivery
- Support internal initiatives and current business proposals
- Work in step with directors and managers to keep delivery unified
About You
- Around 3 to 5 years' experience in consulting, transformation or change management
- Big 4 background highly desired but not mandatory
- Experience operating across change management,
operating model design or transformation
- Strong communicator with a knack for influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Structured problem solver with sharp attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling competing priorities in fast moving environments
- Commercial mindset focused on value and client outcomes
- Degree in commerce, HR, business or a related field
