Billbergia’s in-house legal team works closely with other departments to support the entire development cycle from acquisition, planning, design, construction, finance, sales, marketing and asset management.

About the role/n

/n

- Reporting to Head of Legal

/n

- Based at Rhodes NSW - 5 minutes walk from Rhodes station and free on-site parking

/n

- Work in a friendly team with great company culture

- Your responsibilities will include advising on or assisting with: /n

/n

- project delivery and joint venture agreements, put and call options and sale contracts

/n

- titling advice for acquisitions and development

/n

- retail,commercial andresidentialleasing

/n





- off the plan sales and marketing

/n

- agency agreements

/n

- consultantagreements and construction contracts

/n

- heads of agreements / term sheets

/n

- confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements

/n

- working with external law firms

/n

/n

- You may also assist with finance, planning, dispute and other matters from time to time depending on your experience and interest.

/n

About you/n

/n

- 4 to 7 years post-admission legal experience

/n

- Law degree and current practising certificate.

/n

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities

/n

- Excellent attention to detail

/n

- Adaptable, proactive and cooperative

/n

/n
