Job Description

- Develop and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy.
/n
- Own recruitment processes, technology, reporting, candidate experience, employer brand and overall recruitment performance.
/n
- Lead, coach and develop the technology-focused TA team across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines.
/n
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
/n
- Recruit for senior technical, specialist, sales and difficult-to-fill roles.
/n
- Build sustainable talent pipelines.
/n
- Review and improve sourcing channels, recruitment technology, processes and data.
/n
- Trial, adopt and use AI and automation to improve recruitment.
/n
- Create consistency across multiple countries while adapting to local markets.
/n
- Improve the Employer Value Proposition and candidate-facing company story.
/n
- Establish and use TA metrics to improve quality, speed and effectiveness.
/n
- Challenge unclear, unrealistic or unnecessarily complicated hiring processes.
/n
- Collaborate with the Talent Director and hiring managers in the US-based parent company.
/n
- Report directly to the Chief People Officer.
/n
Requirements/n
/n
- Significant experience leading an internal Talent Acquisition or recruitment function, ideally within technology.
/n
- Experience developing and executing a company-wide TA strategy.
/n
- Strong leadership skills, including managing geographically dispersed teams.
/n
- A track record of finding and recruiting complex, specialist and genuinely hard-to-find talent.
/n
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to partner with senior executives.
/n
- Strong direct sourcing capability.
/n
- A commercial, data-driven approach to recruitment.
/n
- Experience in technology, IT services, MSP,
professional services or another fast-paced environment (highly regarded).
/n
- Strong technical knowledge and AI capability (highly regarded).
/n
- Experience working across different countries and cultures (highly regarded).
/n
- A track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers and executives (highly regarded).
/n
