Secure Parking is seeking a hands-on WHS leader to drive safer ways of working, influence frontline teams and make a visible impact in a fast-paced airport environment.

About the role

- Lead WHS strategy, systems, governance and compliance across Brisbane Airport operations.
- Partner with leaders and frontline teams to build a strong "Safety First" culture.
- Oversee risk management, contractor safety, audits, inspections and continuous improvement.




- Lead incident investigations, corrective actions, safety training and wellbeing initiatives.

About you

- WHS, Risk Management or related qualification.
- 5+ years' senior WHS experience in a complex, high-risk operational environment.
- Strong incident investigation, risk management, compliance and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in airport, transport, infrastructure, logistics or similar environments is highly regarded.
- Current Queensland Driver Licence.
