Love premium fashion, styling and creating a customer experience people actually remember?
I’m working with an established Australian premium fashion brand to find a Concession Manager for its Adelaide CBD location.

This role would suit someone who loves the customer-facing side of retail but also wants genuine ownership of their business — driving sales, building repeat clientele, developing their team and creating a concession that performs.

I'm looking beyond titles with this one.
You could already be managing a boutique or concession, be a strong Assistant Manager ready for ownership, or come from another premium customer-led environment where relationships, styling and service are everything.
The role You'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the concession, creating a strong presence within a busy CBD department store setting.

You'll be responsible for:

- Driving sales and achieving commercial targets
- Leading and motivating your team
- Creating an elevated, personalised customer experience
- Building loyal clientele and repeat business
- Styling customers with confidence and strong product knowledge
- Maintaining impeccable presentation and visual standards
- Managing stock,



operations and day-to-day concession requirements
- Working collaboratively within the wider department store environment
- Taking ownership of your results and identifying opportunities to grow the business

About you For me, this one is about presence, energy and commercial ability.
You'll be someone who enjoys being on the floor, knows how to start a conversation and can turn great service into genuine long-term customer relationships.
Premium fashion or menswear experience would be fantastic, but I'm also open to strong leaders from womenswear, beauty, accessories, footwear, lifestyle or other high-service retail environments.

You'll ideally have leadership experience, but I'm equally interested in ambitious senior retail talent ready to take that next step.
Most importantly, you'll be polished, personable, confident and genuinely enjoy selling.
