Automation Test Analyst | Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

Deliver manual and automated testing across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications, with a strong focus on UI/API regression automation and CI/CD integration within a major government digital portal program.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – flexible office / WfH, Canberra preferred
Contract Duration: 12 months, with possible 2 x 12-month extensions
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline
Closing Date: 10.00am, 23 September 2026

Essential Tasks

- Analyse requirements, design test scenarios, execute tests, manage defects and support end-to-end business process validation.
- Design, develop, execute and maintain automated UI regression tests across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
- Automate API and integration testing across backend services, integrations and authentication flows.
- Integrate automated test suites into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and support testing across concurrent projects.

Key Criteria

- Experience testing Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform applications, including Power Pages, Power Apps and Dataverse.
- Solid experience across UI,



functional, integration, system, regression and user acceptance testing.
- Test automation experience using Playwright, Selenium, EasyRepro or similar, plus API testing tools such as Postman/Newman or REST Assured.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, VS Code, source control, defect and test management, SDLC and Agile delivery.
