As a Mental Health Team Leader & Psychological Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in:

- Leading a small professional, warm Senior team who are excited to welcome you.
- Working closely alongside other Team leaders as you collaborate and support each other
- Providing your professional input to wider growth initiatives and collaborating with the wider management team - especially in relation to psychological service provision
- Assisting a diverse psychological caseload as well as participating in a range of projects and interventions
- Engaging with a range of stakeholders and promoting the business development of this unique service delivery stream.

Requirements:

- Approved tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Psychology.
- Current registration with AHPRA or ASORC
- Positive and collaborative work style with excellent communication skills.
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Occupational Rehabilitation and Psychological injury experience
- Management skills or the desire to grow and learn in this area.
