Your Impact

As a Promotional Account Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of promotional activity across one of our key retail customers.

Working closely with the National Account team, you'll manage promotional planning, reporting and execution through Complexica, ensuring promotional investments are accurately managed, insights are identified, and campaigns are delivered on time to drive strong commercial outcomes.

You'll become a key point of expertise for promotional systems and processes, helping the team maximise performance and customer results.

Key Accountabilities

- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of promotional activity across customer systems and internal platforms.
- Maintain promotional calendars, pricing, discounts and investment plans to support accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Support promotional governance processes, including investment tracking and promotional approvals.
- Analyse promotional performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Produce regular reports and commercial updates to support customer planning and decision making.




- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of promotional activity.

About You

- Experience in FMCG, retail, sales support, category, revenue growth management or a similar commercial environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working across multiple systems and reporting tools.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, team-oriented and keen to build a career in a fast-paced commercial environment
