About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Retail Bottleshop Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy bottleshop. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving sales, managing stock, maintaining compliance, and developing a customer-focused team.
Reporting directly to venue management, you'll have the autonomy to take ownership of the retail operation while ensuring exceptional customer service and solid commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all daily bottleshop operations
- Lead, train, and develop the retail team
- Drive sales and maximise revenue opportunities
- Oversee stock control, ordering, receiving, and inventory management
- Maintain attractive merchandising and promotional displays
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and venue procedures
- Manage rostering and labour costs
- Deliver outstanding customer service and community engagement




- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional retail environment

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience managing a bottleshop, liquor retail store, or similar retail operation
- Strong stock control and inventory management experience
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong commercial awareness and sales focus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside your team
- Sound understanding of liquor compliance requirements

Essential Requirements
- Current RSA Certificate
- Previous retail liquor management experience
- Strong understanding of inventory and stock systems
- Full Australian working rights
- Current driver's licence preferred
