The Company

Robert Half is partnering with a well-established IT Services business. A certified Microsoft partner with a loyal client base, they've built their reputation on quality delivery and long-term customer relationships. They're now growing their engineering team and investing heavily in AI and agentic development practices - making this a genuinely up-to-date environment for an early-career developer to build their foundations in.

The Role

This position will be working across multiple internal projects with a split of BAU and Greenfield projects. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Work in a small development team and be responsible for working on existing internal systems and applications
- Create new solutions in C#.NET and be pro-active in learning new technologies and solutions
- Use AI tools and coding agents daily to assist your development work, while validating and reviewing all AI-generated code before it ships
- Write and update unit and integration tests as part of normal delivery

About you

- A degree in software development, or early commercial experience as a junior developer
- Technologies that you would ideally be familiar with are:

- NET
- C#
- SQL Server
- Azure




- Python
- Angular
- Genuine interest in AI-assisted development - comfortable using AI tools to write code, and critical enough to review and question the output
- Be a pro-active person who is a team player and is eager to learn
