We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to provide short-term support to a busy in-house talent team. This is a hands-on role focused on managing high-volume recruitment activity, making it ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and work independently from day one.
About the Role
Working onsite in Moorabbin on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays , you will support end-to-end recruitment across a high-volume workforce environment.
This contract will run through to the end of October and requires someone who is available to commence immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing high-volume recruitment activity across multiple vacancies
- Screening applications and conducting phone interviews
- Coordinating interviews and candidate communication
- Partnering with hiring managers to progress vacancies efficiently
- Managing recruitment administration and system updates
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
About You
- Previous experience in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience within aged care, home care or disability services is essential
- Able to work autonomously and quickly build credibility with stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Available to commence immediately and commit through to the end of October
