Chameleon Care Group is a nurse-led NDIS provider looking for experienced, compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team across Sydney. We focus on providing safe, respectful and genuinely person-centred care in people's own homes and communities.
Key responsibilities
- Personal care, showering, dressing and grooming
- Toileting and continence support
- Manual handling and safe transfers
- Mobility assistance
- Meal preparation and assistance with eating and drinking
- Domestic assistance and maintaining a safe home workplace
- Community access and appointments
- Medication support within your scope and training
- Following individual care plans and clinical recommendations
- Accurate documentation and reporting
About you
- Experienced Disability Support Workers or university students currently studying Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Paramedicine, Psychology, Social Work, or other relevant health or disability-related disciplines
- Former nurses considering returning to care
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check where required
- Current First Aid certificate
- Current CPR certificate
- Infection Prevention and Control training
- Manual Handling training
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current Australian driver's licence
