Our story begins in 1989, when two friends in Brisbane couldn't find a spot to keep the conversation going - so they created one. The Coffee Club has been part of people's everyday moments ever since. Now serving millions of loyal customers as one of the world's largest Australian café chains. The Coffee Club is part of Minor DKL Food Group who is a leading Australian retail food franchisor and the Australian subsidiary of the Thai-listed Minor International PCL.
What we’re after
- Allrounders who deliver warm service, take orders, handle transactions, and help keep the café running smoothly.
- Baristas who know their way around an espresso machine and bring skill, speed, and consistency to every cup.
- Team players who can jump between front and back-of-house, support their colleagues, and help maintain a clean,
organised environment.
- Customer-focused individuals who enjoy a fast-paced café setting and create great experiences for every guest.
- People who follow food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards to keep our café safe and compliant.
These roles require applicants to have working rights in Australia, flexible availability and a willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
