About this role

This newly created combined Accounts Payable & Finance Office role is being offered on a 12 month fixed-term basis, full time hours, based at one of our South Terrace (CBD) locations. New to the team and project, you will contribute towards keeping our accounts payable running smoothly which includes processing invoices, preparing payment runs and resolving supplier queries, while supporting reconciliations, month-end tasks, emerging projects and business priorities. Maintaining accurate financial records and be a go-to point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders will also be a focal point.

About you

- Confidence in your accuracy with processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and preparing payment runs
- Solid grasp of basic accounting principles, GST, and financial controls
- Demonstrated experience using financial systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and OutlookFamiliarity with ERP systems or electronic invoice-workflow tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to adjust your approach and pivot
- A collaborative,



service-focused approach to working with colleagues and external stakeholders

Holding a Certificate IV, Diploma or similar qualification in accounting, bookkeeping or business administration is highly desirable but we also understand that experience and knowledge can surpass formal qualifications.
