The Opportunity

Join a supportive and collaborative payroll team where you'll play a key role in delivering payroll support and administration services across the employee lifecycle. You'll manage payroll enquiries, process transactions such as new starters, transfers and leave, maintain employee and position records, and support payroll processing activities.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of stakeholder interaction, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent customer service and the ability to manage competing priorities. You'll also contribute to reporting, system administration and continuous improvement initiatives, while working in a team that values collaboration, accountability and helping each other succeed.

About You

You have experience in payroll support, payroll administration or time and attendance, along with exposure to HRIS and payroll systems. Knowledge of position management, Enterprise Agreements and awards will be highly regarded.

Organised and reliable, you're comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities. You're someone who takes ownership of enquiries, follows them through to resolution and is committed to delivering a high level of service. Most importantly, you're a positive team player who enjoys helping others and contributing to a supportive workplace culture.
