We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our highly professional team.

About the Role

As part of our payroll team, you will be responsible for managing payroll services for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end payroll processing across multiple client accounts

- Interpretation and application of modern awards, enterprise agreements and employment contracts

- Processing current starters, terminations and payroll adjustments

- Superannuation, payroll tax and Single Touch Payroll compliance

- Managing leave entitlements and employee records

- Responding to payroll enquiries from clients and employees

- Assisting with payroll reporting and reconciliation activities

- Maintaining compliance with legislative and client-specific requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Experience in end-to-end payroll processing role

- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements

- Experience interpreting modern awards and employment conditions

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy





- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

- A proactive, client-focused approach with exceptionally strong communication skills

Desirable

- Experience processing payrolls for multiple businesses or clients

- Exposure to labour hire, healthcare, medical, professional services or similar industries

- Payroll software experience across multiple platforms

- Qualification in Payroll or Bookkeeping or related discipline
