The Village Glen, one of the largest and most well-appointed retirement communities on the Mornington Peninsula, is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to join our Allied Health Team, working in the Restorative Care Pathway program and Support at Home with an opportunity to be involved in the reablement of clients across the Southern region. Hours are negotiable to suit lifestyle and family commitments with hybrid working arrangements available.
In this part-time position you will assess the home environment of clients requiring assistance to regain function and reablement, to remain living independently at home and enhance their ability to do this via aides and equipment provision and other relevant interventions.

Your responsibilities will include working with the Allied Health Team to form an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team working in the Restorative care pathway program and Support At Home across the broader Southern Metropolitan region. Our clients are over 65 years old, living in their own homes. This dynamic role will keep you engaged, providing job satisfaction along the way with the opportunity to make a considered difference through short term intensive intervention.
