As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and hands-on Workshop Coordinator to support the smooth running of our CDC workshop operations based at head office Mulgrave, VIC.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the Workshop Coordinator is the operational hub of the CDC workshop, bringing together people, parts and priorities to ensure engine builds and customer commitments are delivered safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate daily workshop activities, scheduling jobs and resources to meet customer delivery commitments.

- Coordinate labour and contractor resources, balancing workshop capacity against production schedules and customer delivery commitments.

- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering and Operations teams to align workflow priorities, parts availability and production schedules.

- Provide excellent customer service through updates and progress reports

- Monitor job progress, parts availability, and job card documentation

- Ensure compliance with safety,



quality and operational procedures

- Support inventory and tooling management in the workshop

- Assist in processing job completions, time entry and invoicing support

- Identify workflow improvements and help drive more efficient workshop planning and execution.

About You:

- Experience in a workshop coordination, planning, scheduling or service operations role within a technical, manufacturing or workshop setting

- Exceptional organisational and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure

- Experience in a workshop, manufacturing, service or technical operations environment. Mechanical or electrical trade background highly regarded.

- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems desirable)

- A positive, team-focused approach with strong communication skills, resilience and a commitment to workplace safety
