We’ve got some exciting projects underway and coming up, and we’re looking for another Carpenter to join the Wilco Homes team.
We’re an award-winning Brisbane residential builder specialising in high-end, architectural homes. We’ve built a great team of carpenters, foremen and trades who enjoy working together and take pride in the homes we’re building.
We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that team and, ideally, grow with Wilco over the long term.
About the role
You’ll work alongside our carpentry team, foremen and trades across high-end residential projects throughout Brisbane.
Day to day, you’ll be involved across different stages of our builds, including:
- All aspects of building, from footings and slab prep to framing and fixout
- Carpentry across high-end new homes
- Reading and working from architectural plans
- Working closely with the wider site team
- Helping keep sites organised and running smoothly
Who we're looking for
Ideally, you’ll be a qualified Carpenter with solid residential construction experience. High-end or architectural experience would be a big advantage, but attitude and team fit matter just as much to us.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable,
easy to work with and keen to keep learning and progressing.
You’ll have:
- Certificate III in Carpentry
- Residential construction experience
- Confidence reading plans and architectural drawings
- Your own tools and reliable transport
- Current driver’s licence and White Card
