Spire Recruitment is seeking a bright, well-presented and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a highly regarded residential agency in Melbourne’s CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some leasing experience—or a motivated entry-level candidate ready to get started in the industry.

The role:
Working closely with an experienced Property Management team, you will be responsible for supporting the leasing process and ensuring prospective renters receive a professional, responsive experience.
Your duties will include:

- Conducting open-for-inspections and private inspections.
- Managing prospective renter enquiries and application follow-up.
- Preparing and completing ingoing condition reports.
- Conducting routine inspections.
- Collecting and coordinating keys.
- Assisting the Property Management team with day-to-day leasing and portfolio support.
- Building positive relationships with renters, landlords and internal team members.

Exit condition reports will be managed by the Property Managers, allowing you to focus on leasing activity, ingoings, routines and building confidence in the role.

About you:
This position would suit someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys working with people. You will be well presented, confident communicating with a broad range of clients and capable of working efficiently in a busy environment.

Ideally, you will have:





- A current Agent’s Representative Certificate, or be willing to obtain one promptly.
- A current Victorian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication, organisation and customer-service skills.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine interest in property management.
- Previous leasing, reception, real estate, retail, hospitality or customer-service experience will be highly regarded, but is not essential.

What is on offer:

- $65,000 package.
- Full training and ongoing support from an experienced Property Management team.
- Monday to Friday role, with one weekday off when working Saturday.
- Saturday inspections from 10.00am to 4.00pm, with occasional Saturdays off.
- Commission opportunities available after six months; candidates with prior leasing experience may be eligible after three months.
- CBD location with excellent public-transport access.
- Genuine career progression within residential property management.
