Hervey Bay Auto Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong administration skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment.

As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our workshop. The hours will be Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will:

- Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly service experience.

- Manage service bookings, repair orders and customer enquiries.

- Liaise between customers, technicians and the workshop team.

- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and completion times.

- Keep customers informed throughout the service process.

- Obtain approvals for additional repairs and maintenance work.

- Coordinate parts requirements with the Parts Department.

- Manage loan vehicle allocations and returns.

- Follow up customers regarding bookings, vehicle collection and service satisfaction.

- Identify opportunities to promote additional services, repairs and maintenance recommendations.





- Ensure all documentation and customer records are accurate and up to date.
