About the role

You'll be the engine room of our office — first point of contact for inbound enquiries, responsible for converting leads into booked jobs, following up on open quotes, and helping customers find the right finance option for larger purchases. You'll also manage warranty claims end-to-end, keeping customers informed and seeing things through to resolution. When the Directors are out on the road, you hold the fort. That means you need to be someone who can back themselves without needing hand-holding.

Key responsibilities

- Taking inbound calls and turning enquiries into bookings

- Following up open quotes — this is where a lot of sales are won

- Calling past customers about upgrades, new products, and service needs

- Helping customers through finance applications for solar, battery, and hot water systems

- Managing warranty claims from start to finish

- Keeping the inbox clear and the office running smoothly

- Supporting the field team with scheduling and job coordination

About you

- Someone with real sales experience — we don't mind what industry,



we just want to know you've sold something and you're good at it

- Confident on the phone — both inbound and outbound

- Organised, reliable, and able to manage your own workload

- Cool-headed when handling a complaint or warranty issue

- Experience in trades, solar, electrical, or hot water is a big plus but not essential — we'll train you on the products
