We’re looking for an Operations and Administration Officer to join our team in Brunswick. You’ll support our day-to-day operations, maintain accurate records and help ensure our services meet NDIS and organisational requirements.

The Role
As an Operations and Administration Officer, you’ll help keep Hikma House’s daily operations running smoothly.
You’ll be a key point of contact for staff, participants and external stakeholders while supporting administration, documentation, scheduling and compliance activities across the organisation.
This is a varied and rapid-paced role that combines office administration, stakeholder communication, service coordination and compliance support.
Requirements ?
Essential
- Previous experience in an office or administration role
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
- Quick learner with the ability to understand new systems
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, reliable and team-focused
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Desirable
- Experience using ShiftCare, ELMO or similar systems
- Knowledge of NDIS processes and compliance requirements
- Experience working within disability or community services (highly regarded)
