Our clients are seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators to join busy crews working across a variety of civil construction projects throughout South East Queensland.

Reliable and safety-conscious operators with experience on one or more of the following:
- Excavators
- Grader
- Dozer
- Rollers
- Moxy
- Water Truck
- Front End Loader
- Skidsteer
You'll be someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in your work, and isn't afraid to lend a hand on the ground when required.
About the role
- Operating a variety of civil plant on active construction sites.
- Projects including residential subdivisions, TMR roadworks, commercial developments and private civil works.
- Bulk earthworks, detailed earthworks and site preparation.
- Working alongside experienced civil crews to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
- Temporary and permanent opportunities available.
- 10+ hour days with regular overtime.
- Multiple projects offering long-term,
ongoing work.
- FIFO/DIDO opportunities available
What you'll bring / requirements
- Current RII Competencies/Tickets for the machinery you operate.
- Min. 1 year experience operating civil plant
- GPS experience highly favoured.
- Construction White Card.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Strong understanding of civil construction and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to work within a team and follow site instructions.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
- Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and drug & alcohol testing if required.
