About the role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Production Machine Operator to join our rapid-paced food manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor food production machinery to ensure the efficient, safe, and consistent production of high-quality chilled meals.

You will play a key part in maintaining production flow, meeting output targets, and ensuring all products meet strict food safety and quality standards.

The role will be for our Day Shift: Monday to Friday from 6:15am - 2:21pm

Key Responsibilities but not limited too:

- Run the line: Set up,



operate and monitor production machinery to keep things moving safely and efficiently.
- Keep quality high: Complete key product checks and ensure food safety, GMP and quality standards are met.
- Get hands-on: Perform regular manual handling and repetitive lifting of up to 20–25kg throughout the shift.
- Solve problems: Make basic machine adjustments, troubleshoot minor faults and escalate issues when needed.
- Hit the targets: Work with the Production team to deliver daily output targets while minimising downtime and waste.

Skills & Experience:

- Previous machine operating experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, packaging or a similar production workplace
- Confidence operating, setting up and adjusting production machinery
- Good mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene and GMP requirements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, chilled production environment
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role
- A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
